    • Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

    • Client Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge.
    • Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff unavailability or force majeure.

  4. Refunds:
    Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of F&G Cleaning Solutions LTD and only when deemed reasonable.

Client Responsibilities

  1. Access to Premises:
    The client must ensure that F&G Cleaning Solutions LTD has unobstructed access to the premises during the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access may result in additional fees.

  2. Health and Safety:
    The client must disclose any potential hazards or special requirements on the premises prior to the service.

  3. Valuables and Breakages:
    While we take every precaution to prevent damage, F&G Cleaning Solutions LTD is not responsible for damage or loss of valuables unless caused by our negligence.

Liability

    We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service, and we will aim to rectify the issue.
